Carrot first came to us very shut down and scared of humans, though we are proud to say that after 5 weeks of hard work, he has really turned a corner and been brave enough to show us what a sweet and affectionate boy he really is.
Though he is now enjoying being around his new human friends, Carrot still struggles with all the scary noises that are unfortunately unavoidable in the shelter, which is stopping him from really coming out of his shell. He will need a quiet, adult-only home with one or two owners who will be patient and allow him time to settle in.
