About Tofu ðŸ¥
Your fortune reads:
"True love will find you between blue and green eyes"
Meet Tofu.
🥠handsome boy
🥠dichromatic eyes
🥠silkiest fur
Tofu is a confident boy who will eagerly explore his new environment to get the lay of the land - and then find a window to lounge by.
Tofu LOVES:
🥠to follow you around from room to room
🥠chasing feather wands
🥠cheek and chin scratches
🥠getting a brush
Tofu has not been tested with cats or other animals so is looking to be placed in a home as an only pet.
Medical notes
Tofu is a white cat, which means that he needs to be kept indoors at all times to protect his sensitive skin from sun damage.
It is common for white cats to be deaf or partially deaf. It is suspected that Tofu has some level of deafness, but it is not confirmed.
In the past, Tofu has taken a bit of extra time to settle into new environments and warm up to new people. This has lead to Tofu displaying signs of redirected aggression (biting). This behaviour has been managed and has since stopped happening while in foster care.

Adoption details
When someone contacts us to apply for an animal we will send an application form to be completed. When we receive a completed application form we will share this with the foster carer to approve the applicant.
We will then organise a meet & greet with the applicant and the foster carer to meet the animal, learn about their routine, behaviours and what they eat, drink, etc.
After the meet & greet the applicant is contacted to see if they want to proceed with the application and the foster carer approves the applicant.
We will then complete paperwork, payment, and organise a time to have the animal picked up.
Animals are then adopted on a 2 week trial, during which we stay in touch and provide support for the new adopter.
Once adopted we will send through vet records & paperwork and transfer their microchip.
We offer communication and support throughout the fostering & adoption process.
