Meet Bas – The Confident, Cuddly All-Rounder 🐾💛

Bas came into care with his mum and four siblings when he was just a week old, found huddled under a house trying to stay safe from roaming foxes. Growing up in foster care from such a young age has helped him become a calm, confident, and affectionate little guy who feels right at home with both people and pets.

He’s a lovely mix of playful and independent — chasing his favourite toys with soccer-star precision one minute, and happily finding a quiet spot for a snooze the next. Bas doesn’t need constant attention to be content, but when he’s ready for cuddles, he’ll gently tap your hand or roll onto his back to ask for a belly rub. He’s the kind of kitten who likes to be near you, following you from room to room with soft eyes and a happy tail, always nearby but never demanding.

Bas is currently in foster care with adult cats, playful kittens, dogs, and five children, and he fits in beautifully with everyone. He’s incredibly adaptable, respectful of boundaries, and full of sweet-natured charm.

Bas would love to be adopted with one of his siblings or his lovely mum, or into a home with another friendly cat to keep him company.
