Benny

Some boys can be so charming. Benny is so loving yet also playful. He is quiet, grateful and very tender. When we ''sprung'' him from the pound he was hiding in the back of his cell, terrified. He had stopped eating and was withdrawn. His fur had grown over his eyes and he could barely see. He must have been so scared and unsure what was happening. But as soon as he was scooped up in my arms he nestled his little head into my neck and snuggled into me. He was instantly grateful and soothed. Something terrible has happened to benny in the past because he is still very cautious and afraid. He doesn't like loud noises and runs if you yell at him. He will settle down in the right environment. Benny would suit an older person who is patient, loving and home a lot - prepared to help him come out of his shell and realise not all humans will hurt him.
