About Seraph
Meet Seraph, a delicate beauty with enchanting light purple-blue feathers adorned with adorable dots on her head. Seraph is a shy and gentle soul, often found perched on her favorite seagrass toy or delighting in chewing on a sola ball.
She was in rough shape when she was found as a stray, and had to be kept in an incubator until she was strong enough. Being out in the wild and starving made her susceptible to illness, and she came down with a respiratory illness that was later found to be chlamydia.
You will find Seraph to be very timid and shy in the beginning, but she has the potential to develop trust and warmth with her new human companions. She is now fully cleared of her past health concerns, and her spirits are high as she anticipates the next chapter of her life.
If you can provide Seraph with the tender care she deserves, she would be delighted to join your family. She is waiting to meet you, with the hope of forming a lasting bond founded on kindness and understanding.
Seraph is available for adoption from Carrum Downs or Scoresby, ready to spread her wings in a loving home.
Medical notes
Treated for Chlamydia Psittaci in Dec 2024; Negative Chlamydia test in Feb 2025
Adoption details
Our adoption process starts with a conversation and a series of questions through email. This allows us to get to know you and your home, and helps us to find the perfect fit.
Once we have picked out a bird for you, there will be a four week foster period where you will trial your new family member. If things don't work out, we can either trial another bird in your home or we can offer a return of adoption fee.
If your new bird fits in well and you wish to be their forever home, then all is well!
