Meet Iridessa, a stunning budgie who’s ready to find her new family. With her brilliant blue and snow-white feathers, complemented by glowing silver cheek patches, she truly is a sight to behold.

She was a young, lost budgie when she was found and handed into a vet clinic with lots of missing feathers and starving. It was likely that she had managed to escape from a predator and found just in time.

Although she is not yet tame, Iridessa finds comfort in returning to her cage for food and sleep and truly enjoys the companionship of her feathered friends, especially her pal Alette. With a fondness for shredding sola balls and balsa wood, she supports her curious, playful side.

Now she is cleared of chlamydia and has a clean faecal test, and ready for a new perch!
