About Henri
Henri is looking for a patient and understanding family to help him thrive!
Henri is a little shy around new people and will need time to settle in and build a bond with his new family. He's a sensitive soul who takes his time to feel comfortable. Henri loves food and enjoys playing fetch, which can be a great way to help him feel more at ease. He will need a family that can go at his pace when it comes to handling, as he's still learning to build his confidence in that area. Henri does get anxious when left alone, so he would thrive in a home where someone is around often to gradually help him with his alone-time struggles. This gentle boy needs someone who can read his body language and be patient with him as he learns to trust. He will need to meet all members of the household before going home to ensure that he feels comfortable with everyone as he builds that trust. Henri may be okay with a calm, non-intrusive dog and may be okay with a cat. However, he would need an appropriate setup where he can have his own space when necessary, and he may need help adjusting to a new canine sibling.
If you think Henri may be the perfect furry friend for you, please get-in-touch with RSPCA Peninsula today!
