Mikey is very cat-social and enjoys the company of other felines, but he plays hard-and not all cats are ready for his bold, boisterous play style. Because of this, Mikey would thrive in a home as a solo cat or with a confident, equally playful feline buddy who can match his energy.

Mikey is full of love but, like many cats, he can become overstimulated-especially with too much petting or hands-on interaction. Here's how to keep life with Mikey fun and frustration-free:

Use toys for play, not hands. If Mikey gets mouthy or overexcited, it's best to pause the play session and give him a moment.

Structured playtime twice a day will help give Mikey the mental and physical outlet he needs.

Feed from enrichment toys or puzzle feeders to keep that clever brain of his busy and engaged.

Mikey would do best in a home with older kids who can understand cat body language and know when to give him space.
