About Minx
Minx the 15 week (DOB 22/11/24) old kitten is ready to pounce into her new home. She is a cheeky little kitten, who doesn’t recognise her name but will come when you say “little one”. Minx loves water and can often be found exploring the bottom of the shower and playing in the puddles there.
This girl enjoys tormenting her foster sister pug and loves to annoy her foster brother cat. They all get along quite well though and share each others food despite discouragement.
Minx loves to play with her small soft toys and small balls - throwing them in the air and chasing them around the house, and her favourite thing is the cat tree, where she will play energetically of be found fast asleep in the pod.
She can’t wait to get outside and has mastered the art of opening sliding doors. Minx likes being around people but not too close, she’s not a huge fan of pats but will snuggle in for a cuddle. She has a rather loud purr which is like a motor running. She can be vocal at times and quiet at others, hiding when called and then pouncing out when found.
Minx loves a frolic, she bounds around like a lamb and loves to have a good scratch on the cat tree.
Minx has been around older children, adults, a small dog and male cat. She also enjoys “helping” with the housework especially bed making and sweeping or mopping the floors.
Minx came from the pound and would suit most homes noting she is an independent girl. She has been flea and worm treated, had two vaccinations, desexed and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $300.00

Adoption details
We like to take the personal approach where a person sends an email of interest around an animal and then we will follow up with phone discussions and email exploration through a survey.
Please note we are a small group of volunteers that balances the administrative side with the care of the animals.
Please only apply for one of our animals if you are genuinely interested in them.
We expect the prospective owner to travel to meet the animal and we are open to trial periods to ensure we have the match right.
