About Moon
Moon was a wonderful mother to her 4 kittens, and now it's time for her to settle down into her forever home and get all the love she deserves.
She was a very sensible mum who found herself a lovely family to care for her and her kittens, but they already have cats of their own, and as much as they love her to keep her would be too many cats!
She's a calm and friendly girl, who is great with kids and dogs. She's very happy to chillax throughout the day having a snooze and come for a pat when there are humans around.
She really likes to hang out with her daughter Oreo, and we would be really happy if they could find a home together, but if not that's OK too. As long as she can go somewhere that she is loved and cared for we know she'll be a happy girl.

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
