About Pickles - 2 Year Old Domestic Shorthair
Meet Pickles an extraordinary 2-year-old male feline friend ready to shower you with love and affection.
The sweetest and gentle soul, he adores being near other cats and even offers them a good grooming session (if they’ll let him, of course!). While a little shy at first, once you earn his trust, you’ll discover just how darling and loving he is. Pickles is playful too—get out the toys, and he’ll light up with joy! He also loves a pat and will run to greet you for some love and affection.
If you are looking for an additional feline friend for your household, Pickles has come from a situation where he lived with multiple cats and been in foster care with multiple cats, so he is pretty chill.
Considering 2 new additions? He is already friends with the beautiful, laid-back Smyth and they would love to go as a pair.
This wonderful boy is in foster care in the Newcastle area, NSW. His adoption fee is $150, which includes his 1st vaccination, microchipping and desexing.

We’re so excited you’re considering giving a rescue cat a loving home! Here’s our step-by-step adoption process:
1️⃣ Fill Out Our Adoption Questionnaire
Start by completing our online questionnaire here:

2️⃣ Home Check
If your application is approved, we’ll arrange a quick home check to ensure a safe and suitable environment for your future pet.
3️⃣ Meet & Greet
Once the home check is complete, you’ll get to meet your potential new family member—usually at the foster carer’s home.
4️⃣ Final Steps: Adoption & Trial Period
If it’s a perfect match, you’ll complete the adoption, make the payment, and start your two-week trial period to ensure the best fit for everyone!
💳 Payments: We prefer funds transfers and do not accept cash or personal cheques.
