Billy is still a bit nervous when faced with new experiences, particularly when it comes to things like car rides and confined spaces, but he's been making great strides every day with his foster family.
He's a sensitive soul who thrives in a calm, patient environment and is looking for a family who will continue helping him grow.
Billy has shown amazing progress when he's around other dogs, as they seem to boost his confidence and help him feel more secure. For this reason, we believe Billy would do best in a home with another dog who can offer him companionship and support as he continues to adjust.
