About Urkel
Meet Urkel – A Playful, Energetic Ball of Fun! 🐶✨
Urkel is a small pup with a BIG personality! This little dynamo is full of zoomies, curiosity, and love. He zips through the house at full speed, squeezing into the most unexpected hiding spots—whether it's under pillows, behind furniture, or even under couches! Urkel is a smart little guy who loves to learn new tricks, and he’s recently mastered spinning on command, which is absolutely adorable.
Urkel has an obsession with feet and shoes! If you leave your shoes lying around, beware—he will snatch them up and sprint away like a little sneaker thief, finding the perfect hiding spot under a couch or bed. 🏃♂️👟
Urkel’s Ideal Home
Urkel would thrive in an active home where he has plenty of space to run and play. A yard or easy access to a park would be a dream come true for this playful pup. His new family should be ready for his silly antics and endless energy, embracing the fun chaos he brings into every room. His new family will need to be committed to ongoing training, puppy school as a minimum but this little brainiac would benefit from continued dog clubs or a fun sport!
Urkel’s Energy Level
While he does have moments of calm, Urkel is constantly on the move, always looking for something to chase or a toy to play with. He’ll need plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and enrichment activities to keep him engaged and happy. If you're looking for a playful companion who loves both physical and mental challenges, Urkel is your guy!
Urkel’s Suitability with Children
Because of his puppy energy and teething stage, Urkel can be quite mouthy during play. He would do best in a home with older children (8+) who understand how to interact with a playful puppy.
Urkel’s Suitability with Other Pets
🐶 Dogs: Urkel LOVES playing with other dogs! Sometimes he gets a little too excited and will need a break, but as he grows, he'll continue to learn better play manners.
🐱 Cats: Urkel hasn’t met any cats yet, so his reaction is unknown!

We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
