Murphy is stunning young Border Collie, who was found as a stray. With no one coming forward to claim him, he is now looking for a new start and a loving family to call his own!

Murphy is a very well-mannered dog. He likes to get pats from his human friends, and particuarly enjoys a scratch behind the ears. He doesn't really care for toys or treats, but does enjoy a big zoomie run around in a yard. Murphy would love to live with an active adopter who can include him in all of their adventures in the outside world.

He can be a little bit nervous when meeting new dogs, but we're sure once he has settled into his new home, he will be a fan favourite at the dog park. Murphy can sit and is mastering new tricks. He sits ready for walks when he sees his harness and lead.

Murphy would be suitable to live with primary school-aged kids and another dog, who has a calm temperament. Please make sure all kids and canine family members come into the shelter for a meet and greet.
