About Mr Fox
Meet Mr Fox, he is a beautiful Corgi x JRT. He is looking for a family that is home often to support him in his older years.
He is completely blind and has a grade 2 heart murmur, however he is a happy, spritely man for his age who loves belly rubs, ALL the food, car rides and short (ish) walks on lead.
He loves all people but would suit a family with no children younger than 12 years old, because of his vision impairment he cannot move out of the way very quickly and needs a home that isn’t too busy and that won’t leave things laying around for him to trip over.
In his foster home he can use the doggy door, is toilet trained, can make his way around the house with ease and navigate the stairs once he knows they are there. He is quiet, does not bark, but he is happy to subtly remind you if he misses his walk or if dinner is late 😊
His absolute favourite activity is going for a walk, ideally two small walks a day would suit him, this will also help keep him strong as he ages further. He will need you to make sure he doesn’t trip up and down gutters or bump into obstacles, but he is very much used to navigating without his sight.
Mr Fox is a delightful man who has stolen the hearts of his foster family and would make a fantastic addition to the right family.
