About Oswald
Oswald was apparently found by a member of the public, and taken into a vet clinic. One thing we will never understand in rescue, is how owners don't go looking for pets that are as special as this.
I'll be frank. Despite some lovely features, such as his roan colouring, Oswald is not the most attractive guinea pig. His eyes are rather googly, he has a massive belly and sharp nose. However, he is the undeniable favourite of everyone who meets him. This is because of his glowing personality. Not a pig that hides or runs from you, Oswald is happy to greet you and receive all the pats and love. He is happy to plonk his fat posterior down, nibble grass, interact with you, laze in the warm sun, and has no inclination to scurry away. He gets along with other piggies, currently taking on the fatherly role to the weaned young males at the shelter. Oswald is a piggy that I'd be happy to keep. As such, his adoption fee reflects this. Also, he has been desexed, allowing him the opportunity to mix with females and males alike. Oswald can only go to the very best of homes, so if you apply, prepare to be grilled.
