About Darcy
***WE'RE ALWAYS ON THE LOOKOUT FOR FOSTER CARERS TO HELP US OUT SO IF YOU THINK YOU CAN PROVIDE A TEMPORARY HOME FOR ONE OF OUR BEAUTIFUL CATS PLEASE LET US KNOW. THE MORE CARERS WE HAVE AVAILABLE TO LEND A HAND THE MORE CATS WE CAN HELP REHOME***
This handsome little ball of fluff is Darcy and he's on the lookout for his new forever home.
Sadly this little gentleman's owner found themself without a home so they gave Darcy to their family to look after. But after a lot of trial and error Darcy just could not settle in such a busy household so they made the tough decision to reach out to us and find him a new home.
Darcy is a very sweet, loving and kind gentlemen with lots of personality and lots of love to give.
He can be a bit shy at first but once he's gets to know you he becomes super cuddly.
Once Darcy has had a chance to settle he will always be in the mood for attention. He love's a pat and a scratch, loves a cuddle, is happy to be picked up and smooched and will sleep on the bed with you if you let him.
He also enjoys hanging out with other cats but would be best suited to a household that has pets his size or bigger as he is a big kid at heart that loves to play rough, which can be a bit much for smaller cats.
Darcy is also great with young kids and his gentle and loving manner would make him suitable for almost any household.
Also his photos don't do him justice. He is a big chunky boy with enough fluff to go around. Probably because he has such a big heart
If you're interested in adopting an adorable, loving and fluffy ball of love then Darcy is the right cat for you.
Darcy is approximately 2 years and 8 months old and has been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated and is available for adoption right meow.
If you think you have the room in your heart and your home to provide this gorgeous not-so-little fella with a great life please let us know and we’ll be more than happy to arrange a time for you to meet and fall in love with him.
Located in Ringwood with our amazing foster carers.

A little about us:
Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service, run by one passionate individual with the help of friends and volunteers, that is dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them. We take your pets into our amazing cat sanctuary where they're treated with love and affection until the right forever home is found for them.
Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with government resources, a large facility and a lot of staff. Our tiny rescue is a one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We do this for the love of animals and our only agenda is to save as many cats as we can. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. Every cent we receive from donations and adoption fees is used to keep our rescue running and cover the cost of food, water, litter, equipment and vet bills for the animals in our care.
We are doing as much as we can right now but our dream is to one day be able to purchase a larger property or facility that would allow us to be able to save the lives of many more cats in need. Perhaps even open a cat cafe so that we can spread our message to a wider audience.
We have recently created a Go Fund Me towards this end so if you would like to donate towards our cause please follow the below link.
