About Mitchell
Little Michell was born on the 4th August 2024, so he is 7 months old.
We have had him for a couple of months, due to waiting to be desexed at 6 months and to let him become a confident little dude at his foster carers place with their 3 dogs (Great Dane, pug, frenchie). They absolutely love him and all three have been teaching him different skills.
His dad was a mini poodle (7kg) and mum is a (10kg) spoodle.
Since we’ve had him he has been xrayed to check hips and patella and all are perfect.
During desexing they noticed 4 of his baby teeth hadn’t fallen out, so they were removed.
He is the sweetest happy go lucky little boy and has really come out of his shell with his new found pack.
Their is a couple of little quirks that are part of who he is…
One is he gets car sick. We think if he had a booster seat it could help?
But he is very much a home body and prefers the company of his foster family.
He is still a bit scared of the outside world but he is still a puppy and really leans on the pug in the house for guidance.
He can be a fussy eater, especially if he is stressed.
Toileting is nearly 100% but then he has days (recently) where he has been having a few accidents. We are not sure if he is having so much fun tearing around playing with his four boxes of toys or gets a little lazy.
He can entertain himself for quite awhile and loves his own company.
In saying that he would not go well as an only dog for 8 hours or more on his own.
He needs a friend where he can chase and play with, so no older dogs as they would be mortified with the tornado arriving.
He has a beautiful thick curly coat that will need grooming regularly, so someone that knows the cost involved for his upkeep.
He is a gorgeous little whirlwind that will make someone very happy with his antics.
His best mate Trevor (pug) will be glad to see the back of him.
Trev is absolutely buggered from all the running around.

Adoption details
We shortlist and contact families who may fit the dogs needs. If indications are positive, normally after sleeping on it, a home check is organised, then an adoption agreement is completed, adoption donation (variable on account of age and health of individual dog) is transferred and the dog will become part of your family.
All our dogs have had a consultation with our vet, are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and treated for fleas. As we want every dog to be in its own family we try and fit dogs into forever homes, we don’t offer “Trials”. Naturally unforeseen circumstances arise occasionally where it’s preferable dogs come back to us as per our adoption agreement.
