About Loki
Meet Loki ! the sweetest big pup you will ever come across.
Loki is a 7 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback x and despite living the first few months of his life in horrid conditions it does not show in his personality.
Loki is the most amazing centred young man.
In the short time the foster family have been fostering Loki has picked up toilet training like a champ, learnt prompt recall, can sit, wait, “down” (to get off lounges, beds etc) respond to “no”, currently working on lay down.
He is beyond smart and super praise and food motivated, Loki is amazing with babies, kids and adults.
Loki has shown nothing but love to his foster family even when their 17 month old tickles his toe beans.
100% dog friendly with puppers of all shapes, sizes and is an extremely submissive dog.
On the flip side he is amazing with cats and typically ignores them unless they rub up on him then he thinks it’s ok to become a cleaning machine but absolutely no aggression.
Conquering his background like the brave boy he is he suffers from 0 anxiety when left alone, taken on walks etc.
Loki walks amazing on a lead and hasn’t required a harness just a simple collar (no pull, no run, no stopping when walking).
Loki would make the perfect family dog, he definitely is not a dog that wants to run around outside all day and does love to cuddle you when he can.
Loki has shown no signs at all of being a digger or a chewer and I believe he never will be as he does really love his people.
Loki would love a furry friend to play with when his humans are not around.
If you can open your heart and home to this special boy please get in contact.

Adoption details
- You contact us to obtain an adoption application and discuss the animal of interest.
Once the application is completed and returned it will be assessed for suitability. We will also ask for rental agreements or rates and photos of your home. Please also include photos of your fencing .
- A meet and greet with the dog and all members of the adopting family and current dogs are arranged where possible.
This usually coincides with a yard check, to ensure the safety and security of the property on which the dog will be kept. - we understand that this is not always possible in interstate adoptions and this will be discussed on your initial contact.
- Payment of the adoption fee is made in one full payment. The dog is then handed over with any belongings, and all relevant paperwork and records. Please note we do have contracts in place that must be signed.
- Once the 14 day 'settling in' period has ended, the change of ownership microchip details are submitted to council and the adoption is officially finalised.
- For interstate adoptions- The adoptor must have a meet and greet with the animal they are adopting. We will not send an animal over without a meet. All transport costs including flights, will need to be paid in full by the adoptor.
- For cats, all adoptions take place at PETstock Tuggerah unless the profile states otherwise.
