About Chica
*In foster care in Drummoyne, Sydney*
Chica and her sister Tyco arrived in foster care at just two weeks old - so tiny, but full of love for life!
Raised alongside two older resident cats, they've quickly became confident, affectionate, and adaptable. Chica is a sweetheart through and through! As playful as any kitten, she’s also a little shadow to her foster humans, always following close with Tyco right next to her :)
Every night, she and Tyco join their carers in bed, only to mysteriously slip away at some point during the night, never disturbing their sleep. By morning, they’re back for snuggles and pats, right when the alarm goes off - like clockwork!
Chica is a fantastic work-from-home companion, content to sit quietly on your desk or a nearby chair while you work. She’s confident with new people, respectful of furniture, and has mastered the art of no play-biting.
She'd love a forever home - ideally with Tyco by her side - where she can continue to thrive and shower her family with love!
Like all Maggie's pets, Chica is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY ENERGY LEVEL: ... is best described as moderate. I'm not constantly on the go, but I do enjoy playing - what kitten doesn't? I'm definitely happy snoozing the day away though, especially if you're nearby.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I've done really well with visitors of all ages, including children who are gentle with their pats!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I'd love to live with another cat - ideally my sister Tyco, if you've got room for us both?
While I don't have any experience with dogs, I'd likely be fine to live with one after a careful introduction phase.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
