About Paris
Meet Paris, a graceful and inquisitive senior lady with a heart as big as her fluffy tail!
Paris is a Domestic Medium Hair Torbie, which means she's a beautiful blend of calico colors with a hint of tabby stripes. At her wise age, Paris still loves to explore her surroundings with curiosity, but she's equally content to curl up in a cozy spot for some well-deserved relaxation.
Though she's not yet met any other cats, Paris is the type of girl who takes her time getting to know new friends, so a slow and thoughtful introduction would be best. When it comes to dogs, however, Paris is the epitome of calm and tolerance - she's had no issues coexisting with them and is happy to share her space with her canine companions.
Paris is approachable, affectionate, and ready to be your loyal sidekick, whether you're seeking a companion for peaceful evenings or a watchful eye as you go about your day. If you're looking for a warm-hearted, adaptable kitty who knows how to enjoy the finer things in life, Paris could be your purrfect match!
To book a meet and greet with this gorgeous cat please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, Inquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
