Poppy is a charming, affectionate little lady with a personality as unique as her short, cute tail. She was heartbreakingly surrendered from her first loving home after the child developed allergies. It was a deeply sad parting for everyone — especially Poppy, who didn’t understand why her world changed so suddenly.
Now in foster care, she’s showing her sweet and cuddly nature once again, proving she still has so much love to give.
This cuddle queen has truly mastered the art of snuggles — she’ll happily curl up on your chest or snuggle in right beside you, soaking up every bit of affection. She especially adores kids and sleeps every night curled up next to her foster family's 8-year-old, right at her head.

Adoption details
*Please only apply if you reside 4hrs from Shepparton
* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* (For dog applications) Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola) that must be sent through along with answers to questions.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal as well.
* We feed our cats on Lifewise, bags are available to buy from us.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals that are adopted from this rescue organisation, if returned during this time a refund less 10% is given.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption, on the day if all goes well and you are happy, you can adopt on the spot and take your animal home to begin the next chapter together. We don't offer more than 1 meet and greet.
