Hello, earthlings! My name is Rocket, and I’m here to launch straight into your heart. I may not have a spaceship (yet), but I promise I’ll take your life to new heights with my quirky personality, snuggly nature, and out-of-this-world charm.

Nature
I’m a social explorer, always ready to investigate new laps, conquer cosy blankets, and boldly go where no cat has gone before—like inside that cabinet you thought was cat-proof. I love zooming around at warp speed, but once my mission is complete, I transform into a professional cuddle astronaut, ready to curl up next to you for a well-earned nap.

I get along with fellow humans and space cadets alike, so if you’re looking for a feline friend to join your crew, I’m your cat. Whether we’re playing, snuggling, or just staring at the stars (or, you know, the ceiling fan), I’ll be right by your side.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I’m a social cat-ronaut who thrives with some fellow feline co-pilots, so another feline is an absolute must in my new home. I wouldn’t want to be left alone for long periods of time.

I’ve met a few dogs on my travels, and while they’re a bit different from my usual crew, I could happily share my space with a calm, cat-friendly pup.

However, I prefer a home without very young children- my missions require a peaceful environment where I can zoom, explore, and cuddle on my own terms. Older children or teens would be OK.

Likes / Dislikes
I love just about everything in life, but at the top of my list is food! Biscuits all day? Yes, please! Wet food at night? Even better! I’m always ready for a snack and will happily remind you if mealtime is running late.

I also love playing with toys, whether I’m chasing, pouncing, or showing off my best zoomies. I enjoy a bit of rough and tumble with my fellow felines before zonking out!

Human company is another favourite of mine - I adore pats and will soak up all the attention you have to offer. I’m very vocal, so expect lots of conversations, especially when I have important things to say (like asking for more treats).

I don’t really dislike anything, as long as I’m well-fed, well-loved, and have a cozy spot to nap.

Oh, and I always use my litter tray perfectly, because even a space explorer like me has good manners!

My PURR-fect home would be a loving home with another feline friend for company. I could live with a calm, cat-friendly dog, but I prefer a home without young children so I can zoom around and nap in peace. I prefer to stay safely indoors where I can enjoy all the comforts of home, but I’d love access to a secure cat run where I can bask in the sun and watch the world go by. Ready for liftoff? Adopt me, and let’s embark on a lifetime of love, fun, and maybe a little bit of mischief.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

If you would like to apply to adopt Rocket please come meet her at PETstock Baldivis this Saturday from 10am until 2pm. She will be ready to go home with the first suitable family.

*Vaccinations are subject to availability due to a worldwide vaccine shortage. Our adoption team will notify you if the cat/kitten you apply to adopt has NOT been vaccinated.

Medical Notes: Rocket has Gingivitis and Stomatitis, which is inflammation of the gums and mouth. This condition may require treatment on and off throughout her life. Rocket had a dental scale and polish in August 2024 with removal of 1 molar, and again in February 2025 with removal of an additional 7 teeth. She will need her remaining teeth checked at her annual vaccination. She may need treatment in between these times (of steroids and/or antibiotics) if the condition worsens. She may need more teeth extracted in the future.
