About Vysaria
Meet Vysaria, a sweet and gentle girl with the heart of a German Shepherd and a world of potential just waiting to be unlocked. Despite her initial hesitation and uncertainty, Vysaria is a loyal companion, always looking to her human friends for guidance and reassurance. Her current living situation hasn't allowed her to fully develop her confidence or showcase her true potential, but with a patient and understanding owner, Vysaria is ready to flourish.
Although she currently lives with cats, she may see them as her playmates or even prey due to boredom. Her past owner's limited knowledge and involvement have left her without the proper guidance she deserves. That's why Vysaria would thrive with someone who has experience with German Shepherds or similar large breed dogs. A structured environment that sets clear boundaries will help her develop the confidence she needs.
Though she appears strong on a lead, this beautiful girl simply lacks the experience and awareness that proper training will provide. With regular exercise and guidance, Vysaria can become a devoted and well-mannered companion. She's looking for a forever team—a new family ready to put in the time and love to help her reach her fullest potential.
She hasn't lived with any young children so due to her age and size we don't recommend children under 5 years of age.
If you have experience with German Shepherds or large breed dogs and think you're up for the rewarding journey of transforming Vysaria into the marvellous shepherd she is meant to be, then please select the "Enquire about Vysaria" and we will send you an application form or go to our website and complete the application form.

If you live in Queensland or Victoria, you can be considered, however you will need to be able to drive with your family to meet her. If for any reason she doesn't fit your family you will be responsible for bringing her back to Sydney or helping us to rehome from your home.
Medical notes
No medical conditions but will need to loose about 4 kg of weight.
Adoption details
We have an Adoptions Manager who screens all prospective candidates as to their suitability to adopt a German Shepherd Dog.
We try to contact every one by phone but if that isn't successful we will email our application form to you, which needs to be completed and returned, or you can call us back and we can chat and complete for you. We will also ask you to provide photos of your yard and fencing to enable us to see where the dog will be kept and that they have areas of shade and shelter.
All our dogs are ready to go to their new home, so when you enquire about a dog you must be in a position to take them into your home. We are unable to hold a dog while you fix your fences or go on holiday, etc.
The successful candidate who adopts one of our dogs is provided with an information kit, ongoing support, training and advice on all aspects of feeding, training and general assistance to ensure both the new owner and our rescued dog settle into their home.
