About Evie
Evie is looking for a foster or adoptive home.
Evie's requirements in her new home are:
- A calm quiet home.
- A home that will embrace Evie's cuddly side and also her independent side.
- To be kept as an inside only cat with the exception of a cat enclosure.
- Toys, scratching poles and hidy holes to play with.
- Another cat in the home to keep her company. Or a home as an only cat but with people home often.
Hi, I'm Evie and I identify as the shy and silent type.
Although I am affectionate, I rarely meow. Please don't take that personally. I am happy to be picked up and I'll come for pats when I'm in the mood.
I am a busy little bee, I like to be on the go a lot. I've got very important kitten business to attend to, but when I'm finished, I like nothing more than to curl up next to my human for a rest.
If you have room in your home and your heart for a quiet kitten like me, please send an enquiry to Pyrenees Animal Rescue.
From Evie's current foster carer
Evie doesn't say much at all but does a lot of purring. Loves to play with kittens in the foster home but is shy around adult cats, she is always on the lookout for a free lap.
Evie can live with a dog that has lived safely with a cat before.
*The breed is to the best of our knowledge from the information we've been given.*
*PLEASE read the ‘profile’ thoroughly before enquiring in detail.*
*Please only apply if you are ready to meet and adopt this pet now, and if all family members are in support of the adoption.*
*All cats and kittens adopted through Pyrenees Animal Rescue are only available to homes where they will be kept indoors or in a secure cat run/enclosure. A yard with fencing is not enough to keep an adventurous cat contained, or safe from dogs and traffic. *
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home musr attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care or we will assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition thst you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
