About Chungus
Meet Chungus, a truly beautiful cat both inside and out. Chungus is playful and charming, with an admirable resilience and zest for life. She was partially hand reared by her amazing foster carer, and was affectionately called Chungus due to her being twice the size of her litter mates. Originally mistaken for a chunky male kitten, she has developed a strong affection for humans and loves nothing more than to snuggle up for a good cuddle session. Her sweet nature and friendly demeanour make her an instant favourite for anyone lucky enough to meet her.
Chungus is a social butterfly who absolutely adores the company of other cats and has the potential to make canine friends as well, given proper introductions and some gentle encouragement. This young cat's adaptability means she could easily learn to coexist with a dog as a compatible housemate. Chungus is also litter-trained and ready for a nurturing home environment.
For any family with existing feline friends or an interest in a loving, playful partner, Chungus promises to be a devoted companion with plenty of love to give. Her sparkling personality will fill your home with warmth, laughter, and cherished memories.

Adoption details
*Please only apply if you reside 4hrs from Shepparton
* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* (For dog applications) Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola) that must be sent through along with answers to questions.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal as well.
* We feed our cats on Lifewise, bags are available to buy from us.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals that are adopted from this rescue organisation, if returned during this time a refund less 10% is given.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption, on the day if all goes well and you are happy, you can adopt on the spot and take your animal home to begin the next chapter together. We don't offer more than 1 meet and greet.
*All animals listed on our petrescue page are available for adoption until the moment they are removed
