This is our newest arrival Echo and she's on the lookout for her new forever home.

Little Echo is one of the sweetest and most adorable little ladies you will ever meet. Her petite frame, adorable little meow and desire for cuddles will melt even the coldest of hearts.

And if that wasn't enough, she absolutely adores people.

Echo is one of those cats that could not care less if there is another cat around, as long as she's got her humans to keep her company. She's the type of cat that always wants to be around and always wants to be a part of what you're doing.

If you're working at your desk she will jump up and look adorable until you give her a pat, if you're curled up in bed she will jump up and snggle with you, and if she's not getting enough attention she will rub up against your legs until you get the hint.

She is always in the mood for a pat and a scratch and loves to be picked up and cuddled.

Echo is used to being around other cats but you can tell that she would love to be in a single cat household. This little sweetie is a bit of a princess and she would like all of your attention to herself.

That said; she does have a very gentle personality so we imagine she would adapt to being in a multi-cat household in time. She's also still very young and young cats are super adaptable.

But one thing's for sure; she loves people. So if you're looking for a smoochy little lady with a lot of love to give then Echo is the cat for you.

Oh, she's also very talkative, that's where the name Echo comes from. She loves the sound of her own voice :)

Echo is approximately 18 months old and has been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and is available for adoption right meow.

A little about us:

Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service, run by one passionate individual with the help of friends and volunteers, that is dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them. We take your pets into our amazing cat sanctuary where they're treated with love and affection until the right forever home is found for them.

Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with government resources, a large facility and a lot of staff. Our tiny rescue is a one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We do this for the love of animals and our only agenda is to save as many cats as we can. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. Every cent we receive from donations and adoption fees is used to keep our rescue running and cover the cost of food, water, litter, equipment and vet bills for the animals in our care.

We are doing as much as we can right now but our dream is to one day be able to purchase a larger property or facility that would allow us to be able to save the lives of many more cats in need. Perhaps even open a cat cafe so that we can spread our message to a wider audience.
