Hello! My name is Missy, and if you’re looking for a cat with no sense of personal space and a purr louder than a tractor… you’ve found her!

Nature
I am a very affectionate, needy little girl who loves being around her humans. I love sleeping in bed with my Foster Mum and lounging in my Foster Dad’s study whilst he’s on his computer. I purr non - stop! My Foster Mum thinks I mustn’t know how to turn it off. I love to cuddle, I’ll get right up in your face and make biscuits on your chest the second you sit down. I’ll follow you from room to room waiting for the opportunity to cuddle!

I also don’t mind being carried around like a baby, as long as I’m getting attention. I have quite the playful side too, I have a toy mouse I call “moussey” and I’ll play fetch with it when you throw it for me. I’m honestly such a beautiful cat, my Foster Mum says she’d be surprised if I stay with her for long!

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I would be great with children, I don’t mind being picked up and carried and I love getting as much attention as I possibly can.

I get on great with other cats after slow, careful introductions. It can take me a little while to adjust to new friends but once I do we become the best of buddies. I also live with a 50kg dog who I don’t mind now that I’m used to her, we lay outside my Foster Mum’s bedroom door together waiting for her to come out.

I would be perfectly fine as a solo cat too as long as you’re home more often than not, I wouldn’t want to be a solo cat if you work full time though as I’m too dependant on company - whether that’s a furry friend or my humans.

Likes / Dislikes
I love food, pats, and playing! That basically sums me up. I don’t really have any dislikes, apart from being alone.

My PURR-fect home would be a home with humans who are home a lot, a feline friend could be pretty cool too. I’d love an indoor only home where I’ll get plenty of love and attention.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

Medical notes: Missy has Juvenile Gingivitis, which is inflammation of the gums. This condition may require treatment on and off throughout her life. Missy will need her teeth checked at her annual vaccination. She may need treatment in between these times (of steroids and/or antibiotics) if the condition worsens. She may need teeth extracted in the future.
