Let me introduce you to Izzy! đ
Izzy is a 12kg senior dog whoâs ready to settle into a peaceful retirement home. Despite being deaf, she is incredibly smart and communicativeâshe knows hand signals and loves interacting with her humans in her own special way.
Izzy has had a life of independence and would thrive best in a home where sheâs the only pet. She is okay with other calm dogs, but she has only ever known life as an only dog and would prefer to have her humans all to herself. She has not been tested with cats and would do best in a home without them.
Due to her age, Izzy is looking for a quiet, low-stress environment without young children. She enjoys a calm atmosphere where she can relax and receive all the attention from her humans.
Izzy will need regular grooming, especially for her coat and ear cleaning, to keep her feeling her best.

~As a working breed I will need lots of mental & physical stimulation. How to do plan to meet those needs?
~ Have you done any training with other dogs? If so what training have you and your previous/current dog completed? (This includes basic training & trick training at home)
~I will need additional vet work in my life time such as follow up
vaccinations etc, is this a problem?
~I will also need flea and worm treatments to keep me at my
optimum health, are you prepared for that?
~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality biscuits can you guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?

~A yard check or photographic proof of secure fencing, shelter & sleeping areas
will be required.
~A vet reference may be required.
