About Jess
Jess - Applying for a Forever Family.
Objective: To secure a loving, playful, and adventurous forever family who appreciates puppy kisses and zoomies.
Contact Info: Currently residing in luxury foster care (Cleveland, QLD) at Dea's Paw-some Palace.
Adoption fee: $625 (includes desexing at 6 months at a partner vet)
Summary: Freshly rescued from the dreaded Pound, I'm Jess, a 3-month-old brindle bundle of bouncing joy with the most beautiful olive-coloured eyes. I’m basically a happiness generator disguised as a puppy. Think furry tornado of love. Vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm-free, and bursting with potential.
Skills:
Professional Cuteness: I can melt hearts with a single head tilt. (See photos for evidence)
Toy Enthusiast: If it squeaks, crinkles, or is vaguely chewable, I'm in love.
Kid Compatibility: Expert-level playmate. I guarantee endless giggles.
Doggie Playdate Diplomacy: Excellent canine social skills, always looking for a buddy.
Car Napping: I can fall asleep in the car better than most professional nappers.
Basic Training: I know "Sit!" (mostly when there's a treat involved). Very food motivated.
Experience:
Death Row Survivor: This experience has instilled in me a deep appreciation for comfy beds, tasty kibble, and human cuddles.
Foster Care Apprentice: Learning the ropes of being a good doggie.
My foster mum says I'm a fast learner (especially when treats are involved).
Chief Roundup Officer (Self-Appointed): May have some cattle dog in my ancestry, because a good game of rounding up is just fantastic fun.
Education:
School of Hard Knocks (Pound Edition): Graduated with honours in Resilience and Optimism.
Foster Mum's Academy of Good Dog Manners (Ongoing): Still working on the finer points of toilet training. I’m a work in progress but have few accidents because I love hanging out outside.
Interests:
Playing fetch (or just chasing stuff generally)
Eating (seriously, I REALLY like food)
Cuddling (especially after a long day of being adorable)
Exploring the great outdoors
Annoying cats (I swear, it's just playful! Maybe...)
Important Considerations:
Cat Alert: I have a slight obsession with chasing cats. For their sanity, a cat-free home (or extremely tolerant cats) is preferred.
Energy Levels: I'm a puppy! I need a family with a decent yard or an active lifestyle to keep up with my boundless energy.
Teething Terror: I'm currently teething, so I need lots of chew toys to keep me occupied (and your ankles safe).
Weight: I'm currently 6kg, a little underweight, and on my way to a happy and healthy future. Expect me to be around 25kg when fully grown.

Available upon request from my amazing Foster Mum. She'll rave about my adorable-ness and my potential to be the best darn dog ever!
In Conclusion:
I'm Jess, and I'm ready to find my forever family. If you're looking for a loyal companion, a playful partner, and a source of endless joy, look no further! I promise to fill your life with love and laughter.
