Introducing Little Cookie – Ready to find her forever family.

Okay, picture this: Valentine's Day. A rural pound. Our rescue van. And then...Cookie!

This adorable four-month-old (ish) Border Collie mix (we think, she's got the sweetness, but maybe inherited a more laid-back gene from another breed?) stepped off the transport as the quietest, most awe struck pup imaginable.

We were briefly concerned... until her inner sparkle decided to throw a party and suddenly, she was thriving. She’s now living the good life in foster care with her (totally smitten) foster mum, Terrie in Strathpine (North Brisbane).

Cookie's got the basics down: sleeping soundly in her crate (she patiently waits for you to open the door!), enjoying frozen Kong’s and snuffle mats, and politely greeting the resident cat, Gingerbread (no crazy cat-chasing here but some interest).

Potty training is a work in progress, but she's definitely earning gold stars for effort.

But wait, there's more!

Our girl LOVES pottering around the garden, chasing moths and basking in the glory of back scratches and tummy tickles.

Basically, she's a happy little lovebug ready to sprinkle joy into your life.

Adoption Fee: $625 which includes desexing at one of our vets when she is 6 months old - she is already microchipped, vaccination up to date at adoption and flea / worm free :-)
