About Nugget
Little Nugget
Small but mighty
It's time to see if she can find her own special little spot.
This little girl has been in care since she was 10 days old, bottle fed and raised in care she has been exposed to endless amounts of dogs and shows to love them all.
She is searching for a particular type of home, with a poor genetic background Nugget is a lot smaller than all her siblings and displays signs of being slower than others in both growth and mentality.
However this doesn't stop her being FULL of life and adventure.
Her new home will be someone open to special needs dogs. Nugget still does everything cheeky that other pups do, gets into things she isn't meant to, wrestles too hard and passes out even harder after a long day.
As she gets older she may do well with extensive adventures but currently she trots around at her own pace and adventure.
She would love to share her home with another dog, or three. She loves a game of bitey face.
She travels fantastically in the car and being so aloof and friendly she could easily be suited to a home with dog savvy kids and cats.
Being so small, she does do best in a home with secure and safe fencing especially free from any gaps and holes underneath. She will need to be allowed inside the house especially at night.
As shes a little mystery, we do need someone open to understanding that her health background is unknown. All her current tests have come back healthy but this may change as she ages.
Located in the lower hunter valley, this little girl knows she'll make someone melt.

Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
