About Cobi
Hi I’m Cobi a 7 month old Female kelpie with a friendly, attentive and happy attitude.
Although sometimes I start off a bit shy I love meeting new people and dogs to make friends with. I'm a very active girl, but I settle nicely at home with a great off switch. Like any good Kelpie girl, I need lots of stimulation, so I would love it if my family were home more often than not.
I am continuing to learn basic training and have been walking well on lead, although some work on my recall is still needed, especially when I’m having fun. I am toilet trained and sleep well overnight inside my crate. I like my chew toys but don’t have much interest in balls yet, but with more exposure may enjoy them as well. When the day is done, I will happily chill out with you, relax and nap.
I’m ready to find my forever home and will need a home with a secure backyard. I would manage as an only dog as long as my parents were home more often than not or could take me to work on occasion. I also mix well with fury friends and would love a friend to play with. I’ll need parents who understand my needs, take me lots of walks and continue my training. I am yet to meet any young children but I think I would be fine. I haven’t been tested with cats or other animals apart from my foster dog friends.
If I sound like the dog for you, please fill out the adoption form and apply for me!

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
