🧸🌎 MEET TATE 🌎🧸
ATTENTION! PEOPLE OF EARTH!
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to meet a real life teddy bear? What it would be like to be loved by a real life teddy bear? Or what it would be like to boop one on their little floofy nose?
Well, wonder no more! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity coming to you from the team at Perth Rescue Angels! If you would like to be in with the chance of adopting your very own adorable (and I mean ADORABLE) real life teddy bear, then please read on...
Nature
Everyone got their tissues ready? Good. My life started out like so many stray kitties out there; cold, hungry and alone. I was moments away from being euthanised when an Angel rescued me and whisked me away to safety - phew! I've only been in care for a few weeks now but I'm settling into domesticated life beautifully.
My Foster Mama says that, although I have a lot of room to grow (I can still be cautious when it comes to being patted for example), I am building in confidence with every passing day. It may take a little while longer to settle in and come out of my shell, but I am well on my way to becoming Perth's cuddliest teddy bear.
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I'm a huge fan of other kitties, huge! The more cats there are to be friends with, the better! There are lots of other cats in my foster home who I am DESPERATE to be friends with. Sadly they see my size and run away before I have the chance to show them what a love bug I am. I hope someday soon I will find a kitty friend who will love me as much as I love them.
I have never met dogs or kids before but my beautiful nature makes my Foster Mama thinks I would be better with older, more cat-savvy kids who will be gentle and respectful of my boundaries.
Likes / Dislikes
My pawrents say the reason I come in such a chonky package is so that it can hold my big, beautiful heart. I try to keep in shape (What? Round is a shape!) by eating all day. It takes a lot of discipline to look this good but someone has to do it! The vet said I could stand to lose a few kilos. I know, right? How dare she talk to a gentleman in that manner!
Some of my favourite things include food (obviously), other kitties, exploring, being brushed, gentle head and body pats and playing. I'm still learning the ropes to the whole 'playing' thing, but I watch my brother when he plays and it looks like so much fun!
The only thing I'm not a fan of is loud noises and mean animals. Both will make me run and hide until I'm brave enough to come out and put my big boy boots back on.
My PURR-fect home would be with a kind and caring family who want to give a former street kitty the best happily ever after a boy could dream of. A home where my belly is always full, my bed is always soft and my heart is filled with love.
Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
