About Patch
Meet Patch, a gentle and loving canine companion who's looking for her new family.
Despite an uncertain start and ending up in the pound, Patch's wonderful personality shines through, making her a truly special girl deserving of a loving home.
With her sweet disposition and gentle nature, she has won the heart of her foster carers and everyone who's met her since coming into care.
Check out the video and you'll see just how sweet and gentle this girl is.
Patch loves nothing more than lounging around the home, enjoying the company of her human companions. She enthusiastically plays with the other dogs in her foster home and as long as the resident cats treat her respectfully, she'll reciprocate.
Being a little timid, Patch finds toddlers a bit scary and unpredictable, but she is great with older kids.
She's a talented fence jumper, and although she's not inclined to stray far from home, a yard with a fence higher than 1.3m is recommended to keep her safe and secure.
She's also gifted in "doggy talk" to grab your attention and communicate her needs in the most charming way. She's not much of a barker, doing so only when it counts. Plus, she's fully house-trained, making her a breeze to care for indoors.
If you're in search of a gentle, devoted companion who will be by your side through all of life's adventures, Patch is the perfect match. She's not suited to solitary life in the backyard and will do best in a home where someone is around most of the time and/or she has a suitable canine companion.
