Meet Sweet Nellie

Nellie is a 6-month-old German Shepherd cross Staffy, a gentle young lady that still carry the sadness of being abandoned. She was surrendered, and her world was turned upside down. This beautiful girl didn't deserve to be left behind, yet here she is, hoping for someone to give her the warmth and safety she longs for.

Nellie's trust was broken, and her heart feels heavy from the uncertainty she's been through. But despite all of that, she's still a loving puppy who just wants to feel loved again. She is learning to trust humans, and with patience, she'll blossom into a loyal and devoted companion.

She is great with children aged 5 and older, so she could be a perfect addition to a family who can give her the care she needs. Nellie is also fine around other dogs, and would be happy to have a furry sibling to play with - but it would be best if they were gentle and understanding of her background.

As with all puppies, a commitment to on going training is a must for Nellie. She is going to grow in to a large breed girl with lots of energy! Enrichment such as daily exercise, kongs, puzzle feeders etc will help keep that energy focused on learning and not on your favourite pair of shoes!
