About Dwayne
Meet Dwayne - A True Survivor Looking for Love
Dwayne isn't just any cat-he's a warrior, a survivor, and a fluffy ball of resilience wrapped up in a glorious ginger coat. His journey hasn't been easy. When he was found, he was in a rough state-stuck in a sticky rat trap, dehydrated, and in desperate need of medical care. But thanks to the incredible efforts of our vet team and shelter staff, Dwayne has fought his way back to health and is now ready to find a safe and loving home where he can finally relax and just be a cat again.
At around 10 years old, Dwayne is looking for a calm, adult-only home where he can enjoy the finer things in life-soft beds, sunny windowsills, and the occasional treat (which, by the way, is the fastest way to his heart). He's understandably a little cautious with new people, but with patience and a few tasty bribes, he'll show you his affectionate side.
Dwayne deserves a peaceful home where he can feel safe and cherished. If you've got a quiet space, a kind heart, and a stash of treats, Dwayne just might be your perfect match. Could you be the one to give this special boy the love and security he's been waiting for?
Note: This cat is currently being cared for in a home and when adopted, it will free up a spot to help another cat.
