About London
London requires the following in his new home.
- A fully fenced yard.
- Another small desexed dog in the home not puppy or senior.
- To be allowed inside when his family is home and to sleep of a night.
- Patient owners who understand puppies need toilet, lead and manners training.
This little Dachshund x arrived into care at 6 weeks of age, timid and underweight and required a lot of tender loving care. Fast forward 6 weeks and these babies have completely come out of their shells to show their true personalities. They have been vet worked and are now healthy and ready to find their forever homes.
London is a delightful little dachshund x boy who finds joy in the simplest things: a full belly, the company of his people and foster dog pals, and cosy snuggles. He's eager to please and is making good progress with his toilet training. London loves his food and has been living in foster care with cats, and other dogs, and is adapting wonderfully to family life. He's also been exposure to chickens from a distance. London needs a loving home where he can be part of the family, with access to both inside and outside, and a warm spot to sleep inside at night.
Being a dachshund x care may need to be taken with jumping off and on furniture and to limit the use of a lot of stairs in the home eg multi-storey homes and multi level yards, to reduce the stress on their backs and legs. Ramps may be best for London to access furniture. Please speak to your vet for further advice.

Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home musr attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care or we will assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition thst you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
