Meet Metta!

Our sweet, and very large Lady can't wait to find the perfect forever home!

A snuggle bug at heart, Metta is going to be an indoor couch dog for sure, she loves to be around her humans as much as possible and a busy household does not faze her! Metta's new home will need to have secondary school-aged children or older due to her size and caution around new people and new environments.

Whilst she hasn't been raised on a farm, and has always been treated as a family pet, Metta is still a true guardian breed and will need to go to an appropriatley sized home with a large yard to call her own.

Metta may be happy to live with another K9 friend pending a successful meet and greet at the shelter - she still requires ongoing training to build her confidence around other dogs and learn to adapt to their play styles, however, she would also be more than happy in a home as the only pet.
