Meowllo, I request attention and love! Hi, I'm Obsidian or mum calls me Syd or Sydie babes. I had a rough start before coming into care but since getting a second chance I've blossomed into a very sweet girl. I'm very chatty and all my children that came into care with me have all been adopted, so now it's my turn.

I have a sensitive tummy, so mum has me on Purina One Indoor Advantage and it is the best of what mum found that my tummy agrees with. Unfortunately because of my rough start, I'm not a big fan of the carrier, the car and dogs. I can tolerate my mum's dogs as they don't come near me or are outside. Mum has discovered that I'll cough when I start to get stressed, the vet suspects I have a very mild case of cat flu. It responds really well to antibiotics and while we can't guarantee that it won't pass on to other cats, it won't transfer to humans or dogs.

I've really settled in since my big girl surgery and whilst I'm not big on getting picked up, I love a good scratch. Mum has been trying to teach me not to attack the flyscreen and redirect me to the scratching post, I love the sisal wrapped ones. I’m such a playful girl that I also like to play with ping pong balls.
