Microchip No.: 953010007082309
Estimated Age: 4 Years Old

Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Chester is a darling, affectionate, and loving boy who will greet you every morning and when you get home with a friendly meow! He’s a chatty guy, especially around mealtime, making sure you get his food ready—pronto! 🐱🍽️
When he’s not chasing teaser toys, pouncing on shoelaces, or hanging out in the laundry basket while you fold clothes, he loves to curl up by your side on the sofa or at your feet on the bed. He adores belly and chin rubs, rewarding you with constant purring and occasional meows!
Chester enjoys his privacy and quiet time, often sneaking off for an afternoon nap under the bed or in a wardrobe basket. He also loves sunbathing by the window or watching the world go by from a cozy spot. 🌞
While he’s not a lap cat, he’s happy to be picked up for a little while and is very patient with children—his gentle nature shines when interacting with his young foster family. 💙
If you’re looking for a sweet, playful, and independent companion who will bring joy to your home, Chester is your guy! 🏡💕

Adoption details
Adopting with Kittie Kat Rescue Inc.
Bringing a new pet into your home is a long-term commitment—both emotionally and financially. Cats can live 15 to 20 years, so it's essential that all family members are prepared to provide love, shelter, and a safe environment for their lifetime. This includes premium nutrition, regular veterinary care, and ensuring they are kept indoors only or have access to a secure, cat-proof outdoor enclosure.
Our Adoption Process:
-Initial Contact & Questionnaire. We’ll start by sending you our adoption questionnaire via email or text message. This helps us understand your home environment and what you're looking for in a feline companion.
-Video Tour. We will require a video tour of your home, focusing on safety features such as secure screens on windows, doors and balconies. Plus, we’d love to see where your new kitty will be set up in their new home!
-Meet & Greet with the Foster Carer. Once your application is complete and approved, we’ll arrange a time for you to meet the cat with their foster carer.
-Adoption & Bringing Your Cat Home. In some cases, if your application is approved and the cat has completed all their vet work, they can go home with you straight after the meet and greet (an adoption fee is payable). Adoption paperwork will follow.
-Settling-In Period & Adoption Finalisation. Every adoption includes a two-week settling-in period from the time of adoption. If, for any reason, your new cat isn’t the right fit for your home, you can return them within this period for a 50% refund of the adoption fee.
-All of our cats come microchipped, desexed, with one or more vaccinations, and will be lifetime registered. Depending on their age, kittens may need their second (and potentially third) vaccination undertaken by the adopter after adoption. The transfer of ownership is completed as soon as possible.
Adoption fees:
-Kittens: $350
-Cats 1 - 3 Years: $275
-Cats 3 Years+: $200
All adoptions will also carry a lifetime registration/admin fee of $50 on top of the above adoption price.
