Hi there! I’m Cherry, a handsome 1-year-old male Domestic Shorthair, and I’ve come a long way since I first arrived at the shelter. When I first got here, I was pretty scared and shy, not sure of what to expect. But with some patience and a lot of love, I’ve really opened up! Now, I’m a vocal and smoochy boy who loves attention (especially chin scratches and gentle pets).

I’m looking for a home with someone who understands cat behavior and knows how to be patient with me. I would do best in a household with no children under 6, as I tend to get a little nervous around too much commotion. I’m still figuring out some of the world around me, so I’ll need a bit of time to settle in, but once I trust you, I’ll be your purring companion for life.
