About Zorro -Vaccinated and Desexed - On Hold
***i have gone on a trial home***
zorro is a sweet boy that came from the pound in a very neglected state. His beautiful fur had formed massive matts all over his body, but particularly round his bottom where the fur had trapped faeces. His tail was somewhere in the middle of a massive lump of fur, and he hadn't been able to flick it for quite some time. Under the matts his skin was teeming with fleas, and was filthy. Whether he was dumped or escaped from his home we don't know, but he is very lucky to have ended up at the pound. Despite all this, he is a friendly and affectionate boy who gives licks and is happy to sit on your lap. It took us over two hours to remove the majority of matts, and he was very patient and well behaved. It will be easy to keep him in a well groomed state given his kind disposition, and a regular routine to manageing his long fur. Zorro has some problems with his eyesight, which will be assessed by our vet when he goes in for desexing and vaccinating soon. Update: his eyes have scarring which does not affect his health. He will have these permanently. Zorro is such a super super sweet boy! he is wonderful in every way, a real snuggle-bum who is too perfect on here for long. We predict this boy will be finding a home very soon. If you would like to adopt the lovely zorro, and give him a better life than what he has had to date, please fill in an adoption form at our website: www. Porschesrescue. Com
Medical notes
Vaccinated -please note that due to the release of calici virus, all bunnies adopted from us will be vaccinated. Desexing normally costs anywhere from $100-$360. Vaccinations are from $40-80 (costs differ between vet clinics). Therefore please don't try to haggle the price of the animal for adoption. If you can't afford the adoption fee, you certainly wont afford the ongoing costs associated with animals
