About Luna
We at Home2Home believe everyone deserves the joy that cat guardianship brings! We love seeing wonderful cats matched with loving adopters, and we don’t want adoption fees to be a barrier to you bringing a loving cat into your heart and home. So if Luna sounds like the cat for you, we ask you to nominate your adoption fee amount. There is no minimum or maximum amount required, and all adoption fees continue to fund PetRescue’s life-saving programs that support pets and people!
Luna is a bundle of confidence wrapped in a soft, playful coat! She’s never met a stranger—whether human, feline, or canine, she greets everyone with curiosity and joy. Her fearless nature makes her the ultimate social butterfly, happily bounding up to visitors and making instant friends. With Luna in your life, every day will be filled with laughter, adventure, and plenty of cuddles.
Her playful energy is infectious! She loves zooming around the house with her feline sibling, entertaining kids with her antics, and embarking on the occasional outdoor escapade (if given the chance!). Her favourite hobbies include perching in her beloved cat tree (which she lovingly grooms), hunting insects with great enthusiasm, and carrying her toys from room to room like a proud little retriever. If you need a laugh, just watch her squeeze into the most unexpected spots—shopping bags, toy baskets, you name it!
When it’s time to wind down, Luna transforms into the sweetest cuddle bug. She’ll follow you around, waiting for the perfect moment to climb into your lap for chin scratches and a cozy nap. She has a special fondness for jaw rubs and under-the-collar scritches—her way of saying “I love you.” And if you happen to have her favourite tuna treats or beef jerky, you’ll have her heart forever!
Luna would thrive in a home with other cats or dogs to play with, and she adores children of all ages. She’s litter-trained (though she prefers fresh clumping litter for the perfect bathroom experience) and has no special dietary or medical needs. She’s a healthy, happy girl who’s ready to bring endless joy to her new family.
Originally found as a tiny stray kitten, Luna has grown into an affectionate, hilarious, and adventurous companion. She has brought so much love to her foster home, and now she’s ready to share that love with you. If you’re looking for a cat who will make you smile every single day, Luna is the one!

When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s guardian—the person who knows them best!
From here, the guardian will be in touch to learn more about you and chat with you about their pet. It’s a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
If your home and lifestyle match the pet's needs, the next step will be arranging a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone is happy to proceed with a formal adoption.
Following the adoption, change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping, and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on the listing) will be provided.
All pets adopted through Home2Home will require an adoption contract to be signed and an adoption fee to be paid. The pet’s guardian will complete the adoption contract with you and provide a link to PetRescue’s secure payment portal for completing the adoption fee payment.
Home2Home currently operates a ‘pay what you choose’ system for cat adoption fees. This means that adopters will be able to choose an adoption fee amount that is suitable for them. All adoption fees are used to support PetRescue's life-saving programs, including Home2Home.
