About Izzy
Meet Izzy, the delightful and spirited Dachshund mix who is sure to steal your heart with her endearing personality. At just two and a half years old, this charming little lady is ready to find a new family where she can continue to grow and thrive. Izzy is a bundle of love, and her ideal day includes lots of pats and cozy lap snuggles with her human companions.
While she may need a little more lead training, Izzy is eager to learn and would be thrilled to join you on walks as she perfects her skills. Social and playful, Izzy enjoys the company of other dogs when introduced properly, providing her with opportunities for companionship and fun. Like many spirited pups, she may be tempted to chase cats, so a home without them may be best, or introductions should be monitored closely.
Izzy's infectious energy and gentle nature make her a wonderful addition to any loving household looking for an affectionate, engaging, and playful pup. Ready to welcome her into your life and let her warming presence brighten your days?

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
