About Freddie
Introducing Freddie, an outgoing and happy Dachshund mix who is almost 2 years old. This charming little pup is on the lookout for a new family to provide him with loving companionship. With his bright personality and affectionate demeanor, Freddie is sure to win your heart the moment you meet him!
Freddie walks reasonably well on a lead and absolutely adores his time outdoors, making him a delightful companion for a variety of activities. He enjoys being around other dogs, particularly those with a calm demeanor, and has shown no interest in our office cats. People-oriented, Freddie thrives on attention and might occasionally jump up playfully to ask for pets and snuggles. Treats are his love language, as this treat-loving puppy adores a delicious snack or two.
Freddie's playful nature is perfectly complemented by his love for human interaction. His ideal home would be with a family who can shower him with attention and affection. Whether it's an adventure in the park or a relaxed afternoon indoors, Freddie is ready to share moments of joy with his new family. Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
