About Socks
Socks is such a friendly little guy. He purrs and purrs the moment you pat him or pick him up for a cuddle. He loves to hang out with the humans in his foster home and is the first one in his litter to explore new toys or new spots in the house.
Even though he's super confident around his foster carers he can be a bit shy when he meets new people, but once he loves you, he LOVES you!
He loves to be carried around, but in his downtime he's also happy sitting at the window and watching the birds.
He would be great for any home as long as he can get all the love he deserves!

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
