Meet cuddly Dudley!
Mr Dudley came into foster care as a stray kitten. Since he was a stray, he was very wary of humans but his foster carers figured out he has a soft spot for chicken and he has come right out of his shell with a few days of patience and lots of treats!
Dudley is still shy of strangers and can get a little scared at first meeting but with a slow pace and lots of treats, Dudley becomes a giant smoocher.
Dudley is very confident once he becomes acquainted with his foster carers and he’s even more confident with the resident cats. Dudley spends his days either playing with toys, rolling around with the cats or napping in the cat tree or on your chest. He’s very full of kitten energy and pounces around the house looking for someone to play with.
Dudley loves to jump up on your lap and have lots of cuddles and kisses and will fall asleep on your chest. At night time he likes to either lay by your feet or by your head on the pillow and sleep the night away.
In the morning, Dudley will wait for you to wake up before requesting play time and pats.
Dudley will quickly become the most loving and loyal companion you have wished for.
* If you already have pets in your home, a slow and gradual introduction is a must, to ensure your pets and your new kitten have the best chance at a successful integration
* Kittens love company and do best in homes where they are not left for long hours without people.
* Please apply by completing the SAFE application form from our website or the link above.

ADOPTION DETAILS
To apply to adopt, please complete a SAFE Cat Adoption Enquiry Form via our website. You will be advised if your chosen kitten is still available and then put in contact with the carer for a chance to ask further questions. If a meet-and-greet is then arranged, we will email the adoption paperwork and payment instructions to you prior to this. Please note payment must be made before adoption trial starts and we are unable to take cash payment.
Our adoption process includes a two-week trial to ensure your chosen pet is the right fit for your home. After a successful trial period, SAFE Bunbury will arrange transfer of ownership on your new pet's microchip and email copies of their vet records out to you.
When adopting a kitten under 6 months old, one of the following approved vet clinics should be selected by the adopter to arrange for his/her sterilisation by the age of 6 months. The sterilisation surgery is included in the adoption fee:
Blair Street Veterinary Hospital, Bunbury
Busselton Veterinary Hospital, Busselton
Ninth Street Vet Clinic, Harvey
Halls Head Small Animal Clinic, Halls Head
Caryn Vet Hospital, Edgewater
