About Dusty & Misty
Meet Dusty, a beautiful purebred Cocker Spaniel with a heart full of hope and ears ready to listen to all the love the world has to offer. This gentle soul is looking for a new beginning in a home that understands the power of patience and compassion. Having spent too much time in a confined space, his newfound freedom is both exciting and a little overwhelming. Dusty is intrigued by the presence of humans and shows an earnest interest, yet he needs time to learn the wonders of human affection.
Dusty and Misty are very interested in human life and love to observe the daily comings and goings. They love to wag their tail through the fence and will even come up and sniff my hadn through the fence but they are too shy to take food out of my hand just yet.
They will come as a pair as they need each other but they could benefit from the companionship of a confident canine friend who can guide him through the journey of discovery and demonstrate what it means to be a cherished pet.
Although Dusty is very playful he is not ready for walking on a lead just yet. With the right guidance, he’s sure to blossom into a carefree companion, revelling in the joy of a gentle pat and the curiosity of a brisk walk.
His ideal home will be a sanctuary of peace, offering a secure yard for exploring and a warm, sheltered area indoors where he can feel safe.
Dusty isn't prone to barking and promises to be a quiet yet comforting presence in the home. With a patient, experienced dog owner willing to nurture his progress and share their life with him, Dusty is ready to leave his past behind and, in time, let his true personality shine. If you have the love and understanding for a dog eager to learn how to trust, Dusty may be the perfect fit for your home.
Dusty and Misty would suit a family that would love to welcome some fur babies and is happy to just let them play and have fun and learn to be loved when they are ready.
Fine with other dogs, no tested with cats but they would probably be uncertain of them!

4. Adoption Agreement:
If the meet and greet goes well and your home is deemed suitable, we'll ask you to sign an adoption agreement. This document outlines the responsibilities of both parties and serves as a commitment to providing a loving and forever home to the adopted pet.
5. Adoption Fee:
An adoption fee is required to help cover the costs associated with the animal's rescue, medical care, and rehabilitation. The fee varies depending on the age, breed, and medical history of the animal but typically includes vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and microchipping.
6. Take Your New Family Member Home:
Congratulations! Once the adoption process is complete and the adoption fee is paid, you can take your new furry family member home. Our team will provide you with all the necessary information, including medical records, feeding guidelines, and tips for a smooth transition.
7. Follow-Up Support:
