✨ About Simba ✨
Say hello to Simba, the king of cuddles and naps! This senior gentleman is looking for his forever home where he can reign supreme—preferably on top of a cat tree, basking in the sun and being pampered by his loyal subjects. Don’t let his dignified vibes fool you, though! He’s a total softie who loves being by your side, sharing those sweet, peaceful moments together. Whether it’s soaking up sunshine or enjoying a tasty snack, Simba knows how to live his best life!
Simba is all about comfort and relaxation, but he does have a little bit of “grumpy old man” energy—meaning he’s super particular about his personal space and how many pats he’s willing to accept. He’ll happily purr as you brush his gorgeous ginger fur, but make sure to respect his royal boundaries when he’s had enough. Simba would be the purrfect companion for someone who can read his royal cues and give him the respect he deserves. 🧡
What Simba's Looking For: Simba is a true solo ruler—he’d prefer to be the only pet in the kingdom. If you’re looking for a laid-back, gentle, and incredibly handsome furball to shower with love (on his terms), Simba is your guy! 🏰
Extra Perks:
✅ Vaccinated, Microchipped & Desexed
✅ Litter trained (because even kings have good manners)
✅ Treated for flea & worm prevention
✅ A sweet, loving, quiet soul with a sprinkle of independence
If you think you’re the right fit for this regal ginger guy, Simba can’t wait to make your home his royal abode. Get ready for some serious cuddle time and endless love from your very own fluffy monarch! 👑💛

Adoption details
Adopting with Kittie Kat Rescue Inc.
Bringing a new pet into your home is a long-term commitment—both emotionally and financially. Cats can live 15 to 20 years, so it's essential that all family members are prepared to provide love, shelter, and a safe environment for their lifetime. This includes premium nutrition, regular veterinary care, and ensuring they are kept indoors only or have access to a secure, cat-proof outdoor enclosure.
Our Adoption Process:
-Initial Contact & Questionnaire. We’ll start by sending you our adoption questionnaire via email or text message. This helps us understand your home environment and what you're looking for in a feline companion.
-Video Tour. We will require a video tour of your home, focusing on safety features such as secure screens on windows, doors and balconies. Plus, we’d love to see where your new kitty will be set up in their new home!
-Meet & Greet with the Foster Carer. Once your application is complete and approved, we’ll arrange a time for you to meet the cat with their foster carer.
-Adoption & Bringing Your Cat Home. In some cases, if your application is approved and the cat has completed all their vet work, they can go home with you straight after the meet and greet (an adoption fee is payable). Adoption paperwork will follow.
-Settling-In Period & Adoption Finalisation. Every adoption includes a two-week settling-in period from the time of adoption. If, for any reason, your new cat isn’t the right fit for your home, you can return them within this period for a 50% refund of the adoption fee.
-All of our cats come microchipped, desexed, with one or more vaccinations, and will be lifetime registered. Depending on their age, kittens may need their second (and potentially third) vaccination undertaken by the adopter after adoption. The transfer of ownership is completed as soon as possible.
Adoption fees:
-Kittens: $350
-Cats 1 - 3 Years: $275
-Cats 3 Years+: $200
All adoptions will also carry a lifetime registration/admin fee of $50 on top of the above adoption price.
